Artists, arts professionals, students, collectors, philanthropists, profit and non-profit printmaking organizations and sponsors all participate in Philagrafika's mission to make Philadelphia an international center for the printed image. Depending on your interests, there are several ways to get involved, including: partnership, sponsorship, internships/volunteering and membership.

Bio
Jackie Tileston was born in the Philippines and lived in India, England and France before coming to the United States to attend Yale University, where she received her BA. She received her BFA in Painting from Indiana University, was a Core Fellow at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and has been living in Philadelphia since 2000. She is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, and a recent recipient of the Pew Fellowship in the Arts in Painting (2004), a Bellagio Residency through the Rockefeller Foundation (2005), and a Guggenheim Fellowship in Painting (2006). Jackie Tileston has also been featured in solo shows in Philadelphia, Houston, Dallas, and Chicago, and group exhibitions across the US including the Delaware Center for Contemporary Art; the Contemporary Arts Museum, Houston and the Painting Center, NYC. Her work is in the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, The Dallas Museum of Art, and the Morgan Chase Collection.

Internship and Volunteer Opportunities

Interns and volunteers at Philagrafika gain a variety of administrative skills and hands-on experience while working with leaders of the Philadelphia arts community in the non-profit sector.
